1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Perishable goods (e.g. treats or food)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, email our team at info@potnpet.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email info@potnpet.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right quickly.
