  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email once your order is received and another with tracking once it’s shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery time estimates may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders or promotions.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@potnpet.com.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees not included in our shipping charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please email us at info@potnpet.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Be sure to enter accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
