At PotnPet.com, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following policy for full details on how returns and refunds are processed.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:

- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
